WHISKERS & WAGS (2026)
- Introduction
Whiskers & Wags Veterinary Clinic is a full-service animal hospital in Al Safa, Dubai; emergency care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, pharmacy, and grooming, all under one roof. Their presence was already solid. We came in to make it sharper: a stronger social strategy, a smoother site, and a calendar that kept the feed consistent and always moving.

Whiskers & Wags already had everything a full-service clinic needs: emergency care, labs, surgery, dental, grooming, all in one place. What they wanted next was a social presence that matched that scale; more consistent, more strategic, built to turn attention into bookings.

We shaped a social strategy around one goal: turning followers into bookings. Promotions, wellness plan pushes, education, client stories, reels, each earned a defined role in a monthly rhythm.

We shaped a social strategy around one goal: turning followers into bookings. Promotions, wellness plan pushes, education, client stories, reels, each earned a defined role in a monthly rhythm.
- The Content System
A calendar built once, run every month.
We mapped pillars, formats, and a monthly rhythm; promotions, wellness plans, education, client stories, then ran it end to end: writing, designing, publishing. The World Cup grooming promotion, timed to match day, became the clearest example of the system doing exactly what it was built for.
- The Result
One post, real numbers.
The World Cup reel reached 3,860 accounts and drove 388 interactions, 143 shares, 98 comments, 136 likes and brought in 51 new followers off a single post.
- The Thinking
Consistency is what earns trust.
Pet owners decide who to trust before they ever walk in. The goal was to make that trust visible everywhere; feed, site, LinkedIn, all saying the same thing, consistently. Whiskers & Wags already had the expertise. We made sure it was easy to find.
