Olrich Beauty

(2026)

Olrich Beauty is an aesthetic medicine clinic in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, run by Dr. Bushra, a doctor who built her reputation on being the person her patients could actually talk to. In a market flooded with clinics that all looked and sounded the same, she had something rare: real expertise and a real personality. Neither was showing up online.

A saturated market where every clinic looked identical and a doctor who was anything but.

Lahore’s aesthetic clinic space runs on two modes. Cold and clinical, all white surfaces, medical jargon, no warmth. Or luxury and aspirational, curated feeds, soft lighting, everything slightly unattainable. Every competitor was in one of those two boxes.

Dr. Bushra didn’t belong in either. She was warm, direct, funny, and medically credible all at once. The kind of doctor who answers the questions patients were too embarrassed to ask anywhere else. But online, none of that came through. Her Instagram had no consistent identity, no defined voice, no personality. It looked like every other clinic.

And it was reaching the wrong people.

We didn't pick a lane. We built a new one.

Before a single visual was made, we mapped the entire competitive landscape. Cold and clinical on one end. Luxury and aspirational on the other. And sitting completely empty in the middle, the warm expert. The doctor who knows everything, explains everything, and makes you feel like you’re texting a friend who happens to have a medical degree.

That was Dr. Bushra. And that’s where we planted Olrich.

A visual language built around one idea, familiar, not formal.

The color system, typography, and logo were all built to feel approachable without losing credibility. Nothing sterile. Nothing cold. Warm tones, clean type, and a set of rules that made every piece of content feel like it came from the same place.

Tagline: Real skin. Real talk.

Most clinics sound like a pamphlet. We made sure Olrich sounded like a person.

We defined the brand voice before writing a single caption. The archetype we landed on was something we called The Sage Jester. The rare combination of genuine expertise and real warmth. Every competitor was either stiff or glossy. This was neither. Every piece of content produced under the Olrich name, captions, ad scripts, stories, replies, was written to sound like one consistent person.

30 days of content. Every caption written. Every visual direction defined. Nothing left to figure out.

We built the full Instagram content architecture from scratch — four content pillars, post formats for each one, feed layout rules, and a 30-day calendar that was ready to publish from day one. Dr. Bushra didn’t need to think about what to post or how to say it. She just had to show up.

The problem wasn't just visibility. It was reaching the right room entirely.

Aesthetic medicine in Lahore has a clear core audience, women, mostly between 25 and 45, making considered decisions about treatments they’ve been thinking about for weeks. Broad campaigns don’t work for this. You need creative and copy built around the exact questions that audience is already asking.

We wrote Meta ad scripts for three campaign types, awareness, education, and retargeting. Each one structured around a specific hesitation a real female patient would have before booking. Not generic. Not aspirational. Specific and honest.

Every single conversion was a woman. Every rupee spent reached exactly who it was supposed to.

The proof came in the campaign numbers. By building creatives and copy around the specific questions real female patients ask before booking, and structuring the targeting accordingly, the results were clear.

Targeting gets you in front of the right person. The brand gets them to trust you.

Numbers only tell half the story. The other half is what happened before someone clicked.

A woman in Lahore deciding to visit an aesthetic clinic is not making an impulse purchase. She has probably been thinking about it for weeks. She has looked at other clinics. She has read reviews. She has wondered whether the doctor will listen to her or just upsell her.

The entire brand system, the voice, the content, the ad scripts, was built to answer those doubts before she ever asked them. To make Dr. Bushra feel like someone she already knew. Because in this market, familiarity is the conversion.

The campaign worked because the brand worked. And the brand worked because it was built around something true.
